Round The Mullberry Bush

A few days ago, I posted a story called Dear Snow Plow Operator.  Followed by a post Thanking the Town for removing the snow banks.

Today, I realized that I was unwittingly involved in a game of chess.  As I looked out the window, I could hear a little voice inside my head say, CHECKMATE!

From now on, I am going to be like the majority of the property owners and not shovel my sidewalk. As I strolled through the village last night, it amazed me, the number of sidewalks that have not even been touched. Even the Pillars of the Community scoff at the ordinance.
